Our Team at a Glance
MAX SABETI - Owner. Over an unflagging 38-year career, Max Sabeti has established a formidable reputation as one of Central Florida’s real-estate titans, having developed, built, and marketed 25 flourishing communities to date. He served as the President of the Orlando Area Association of Realtors in 1997, Chairman of the Mortgage Finance Committee at the Home Builders Association in 1992, and Chairman of the Housing and Neighborhood Development Services of Central Florida in 2008, following a ten-year tenure on the HANDS Board of Directors.
LANA SABETI - Broker Associate. This seasoned saleswoman has served for 25 years on the front line of the Central Florida housing market. But experience alone cannot explain why so many of the relationships she has cultivated with her clients have extended well beyond the closing date. Patient, prudent, and never one to prattle, she listens closely to the needs of the home-buyer, and does her utmost to accommodate them directly and courteously. Recently, a few lucky customers have had the delight of meeting her new associate and occasional tagalong, Nezzie.
MIGDALIA “MIGGIE” PEREZ - Office Manager. Miggie and Realty Resource go way back. Over the years, she has shielded the company from relentless telemarketers and paperwork apocalypse. She's a dedicated receptionist, property manager, and an administrative whiz. ¡Habla español!
